Very bad after service I had a hair treatment, colour, wash and blow done in April 2025. They offered me a gift, shampoo and a voucher and verbally said 7 must come the following week. Unfortunately I had an unforseen circumstances and called them to say I can't make it. The lady that I spoke to when I canceled said I can come when I am ready. Today I called to use my voucher they brutally told me I forfeited the voucher. Nobody ever told me there was a limited time on the voucher. The receptionist kept me on hold for so long. When the manager came to the phone the call was cut off due to my airtime being used and nobody called me back
I cancelled my contract with them last year August 2024 via email. In April this year they sent me a letter of demand. I sent them another email to enquire as to way my contract was not cancelled. Nobody responded, in fact they never responded to any of my emails. I tried calling them, I am always on hold for 10 min. Even their WhatsApp number is under maintenance. Today I received a text message stating I have being handed over to the lawyers. I tried to call them again, I was just on hold
I bought 3 bangels in December 2024 for almost R1500. Early February I noticed it was bent. I took it back to American Swiss for a refund. They said it can only be repaired. A few weeks later they called to say they have received it back from the jeweller. It came back polished and fixed. But there were deep cuts and scratches on the bangels. I didn't expect this quality from American Swiss
