Me and my family have been using these horroble excuse of property "managers" but they never tell you how broken down a house is and show you a house so quickly you can't even check if everything is in order. We had to quickly move out one of their previous homes because the owner wanted to sell and that was a problem on its own. They moved us into a ****roach infested kitchen home and all the walls were filthy and stained but we had to speing clean every one of their homes we moved out of. The water of this home was also BROWN and they didnt want to fix the geyser (either dit or rust in the water) and we had to forcethem with health inspectors then they came to fix it. Always using "people they know" who aren't professionals to fix things which results in them breaking down again... we had times where they left things like fabric within the toilet and took things like our own tools. Then when we complain about things we have to complain for weeks to months and they ignore us. I'm fed up. They never fix things always have filthy homes and now in this home the water and geyser has been fixed but now they are forcing us to pay a huge fine of theirs. We moved in this house not long ago like 2 years perhaps. We have to buy electricity units for the boxes... we have 2 of them. One in the main house and one in a room (we rent out) wr were told to not worry about that box because that area electricity runs through our box. Then the other day people came and wanted to check the boxes and saw that one was tampered with FROM 2018... we were not living here then at all and now wr have to pay the fine via buying electricity and only recieving half of the units because the rest go towards payong off the fine. WE COMPLAINED and get ignored from all of them including Paul and Mooyien. Horrible people and they raise your rents all the time rven for us in covid we were never given grace but have these shamefull homes and shamefull people running it. Absolute freaking ridiculous service. Would not recommend this company to anyone ever not even people I don't like. My parcel was supposed to arrive 9 May (they gave the date and it was a parcel for mother's day i ordered long before the deliver date) on 9 May the whole day the parcel status said out for delivery, then right at the end of the work day around 4pm it was changed to "delayed-missorted" and now today (12 May) it said out for deliver the whole day again and I've been waiting and checked the status right now at 5pm and it was changed to the same "delayed-misorted". If you want a bussiness... be able to run it.
For a month now I have been charged over R1000 for 200mb download speed and 100mb upload speed and I have only been recieving half of that. My husband sent them emails to fix it and they said to him that they couldn't contact him even though they have our contact details for the contract itself. Then they gave us the lame excuse that its the LAN cable between the routers isn't strong enough to handle the speed. THEY GAVE US THAT LAN CABLE WHEN THEY INSTALLED IT, it was working fine for years. My husband then restarted the modems which afterwards it was fine for a couple days (how convenient for them) now we're back to half the speeds and sending emails again after like 3 days of normal contracted speed. Tell me how the hell is that a LAN cable fault? Update: I just checked again, were receiving less than half after our first complaints to them. Most recent update: We are recieving not even 10mb of our 200mb download speed. This is disgraceful.
