Placed an order online from makro, mistakenly selected the wrong shop to coolext my item I called them same day , the consultant Snazo promised to liaise with the shop for cancellation of my in order to get refund within 10days but guess what it happened on the 10 March 2025 now it is the 29th no update from Makro despites numerous follow ups done by myself It is a curse to cancel an order and expect attention or refund from them It is not the first time where I am face with their pathetic service When i call call centre they just transfer my call to the shop without any sensitisation and the person from the shop will answer and transfer a call to the next person, where you will be on hold until you decide to drop the call without any assistance. Mmmmmhhhh very extremely service from Makro
