My services were disconnected no communication nothing,i called them again spoke to Mthimkhulu who reconnected my services and told me i dont owe multichoice a cent i was double charged that's why my services we disconnected he will ask his superiors to transfer the money back then my dstv and my router will be active boom 5am my dstv is off router was never activated i think the best way is to take them to ombudsman's cause i paid on time and it means they are misleading customer and the have false advertising
I have accidentally pay router via capitec into a wrong multichoice account called multichoice several times the spoke to Leonor Gow who asked me to go to the bank to ask for proof of payment which i did for 3times claiming its not pdf i converted it to pdf send back i send it back to the got numerous references the connect my router for 24 hours and it was did disconnected no call,no messages no communication i fail to understand they money its their cant the transfer it in the right account hence the money its reflecting at multichoice its a Saturday my kids cant watch tv or do their homework their service its bad i would not advise anyone to buy dstv router they have π© service for such a big brand extremely disappointed
