Pokerbets the world's first worst online site
Extremely bad this is by far the worst online casino in the world and it should be taken down and the owner needs to be sued. I made a deposit the deposit did not reflect so I sent a proof of payment that the funds was an instant transfer and the funds came out of my account. Worlds first worst online casino
This is by far the worst customer service experience ever they do not answering calls it redirects the calls to another line and cuts off and the WhatsApp ,email and online messaging services does not work as no one answers. They are very fast to take your money but no assistance. I have a bonus on my account and it's not working I've been trying to contact them for the past 5 days with no response so the bonus will expire in 2 hours and this is the reality of this casino. We need to get the word out about this casino don't get *******.ed. The next step is to post on my YouTube and tiktok. And the crazy thing is look and the amount of bad reviews. The gambling board will deal with them.

**** on promotions
This company is a **** I've been with them for some time now and I'm reporting them to the Gambling board. I received a promotion 125% Deposit Match up to R5000 Deposit Match and the bonus it's capped to 15k however after the wagering was over they only gave me the deposit match amount. Why will they have a capped 15k winning if the winning are only going to be the deposit amount. This doesn't make sense they are a **** and tricking people into making deposit. I'm very disappointed in goldrush.co.za. If the bonus terms and conditions state that the capped winning are up to 15k then why was my R1400 taken away and only the deposit amount was allocated. The gambling board will deal with them and I'm also going to contact influencers to post about this company. The agent that work in this company cannot read the promotion properly but they make up stories not to pay the winning amounts.
