Poor Poor Withdrawal Timeframe - EFT ONLY
If there were negative stars that's what I would give these guys. -11 on a scale that ends at -10. They are quick in taking your money (deposits) but go slower than the slowest creature on earth when we talking withdrawals. It can take up to 4 days according to their response to receive a lousy 100 withdrawal? No other options for withdrawals by the way, only EFT to your account... How silly and inconveniencing... Disappointed and would not recommend anybody to sign up to these guys until they sort their act

Pokerbet SA can not be trusted. Seems like *****s running the website
I enter a game of poker and start with 10 000 chips. Without me betting or being the bigbir small blind I see my chips disappearing for no reason during every hand. Im not happy. I used to enjoy playing poker but since I found out my chips are disappearing, I won't play on this site again. They are *******

No customer Service
No customer Service at all , the email support is non -existent run by bots I have sent multiple emails and received no response on why my account is not verified as yet at least have the courtesy to respond to my emails , there is no contact number as well to contact support team if they even exist Please verify my account I have provided all documentation required

Pokerbets the world's first worst online site
Extremely bad this is by far the worst online casino in the world and it should be taken down and the owner needs to be sued. I made a deposit the deposit did not reflect so I sent a proof of payment that the funds was an instant transfer and the funds came out of my account. Kyla yes you get your act in order and respond to email if you requested for something you need to follow up. Do not sign up guy this is the number one **** site

I am writing this complaint after one of my close friends killed himself. I know people who have worked for Poker Bet (pokerbet.co.za) and other similar gambling institutions and the phycological models that they use to induce gamblers to lose large amounts of money. Here are a few points I want to raise when you get involved with these types of people. 1) False advertising: People in the poker movies and on YouTube create the idea that professional poker players exist and they make money doing such activities. Therefore, you too can make money playing poker. People gamble because they believe that they can win money doing it. This falsify is generally false. Most people loss a lot of time and money on gambling. Gambling is a zero-sum game. No one will ever pay you money to spend all night playing games on the internet. Poker Bet spend a lot of money on their website and advertising. That money has to come from somewhere. You are a customer. Not a professional poker player. The idea that professional gamblers even exit might very well be false. 2) Gambling is addictive: People in the poker movies and on YouTube encourage you to play as much poker as possible in order to get better at it. The problem with this is the more you play the more likely you are to get addicted. Intense and long periods of gambling will cause addiction. 3) Stick to real poker games with humans: You are not playing humans on these poker site you are playing algorithms. The algorithms are designed to encourage high risk, high intense behavior. At first you win only to loss. And due to risk aversion, you keep gambling because with a false belief that you can win and can improve. If you want to gamble then you should do it with humans that you can beat. Not with algorithms designed to replicate phycological models of actual gambling addiction.
