No communication , I constantly have to follow up every day since last week saturday 08 November 2025 , this bank locked my account said it was a ***** lock I explained the situation to about 4 agents my account is still locked to this day please unlock my account I do not involve myself in *****ulent activities I need access to my bank account this is now ridiculous please unlock my account as a matter of urgency , your agents say they will call back this never happens
No customer Service at all , the email support is non -existent run by bots I have sent multiple emails and received no response on why my account is not verified as yet at least have the courtesy to respond to my emails , there is no contact number as well to contact support team if they even exist Please verify my account I have provided all documentation required
Worst experience ever , This company does not care about their clients , My bank account has been blocked for reasons they cannot disclose to me so because of this i cannot access my bank account and the funds in my bank account at the moment because they decided to block my account without warning , I was told to call the ***** department i called them they say this process takes 7 days i must call back to get an update FNB how will I go about day to day activities without access to my funds you have no regard for treating customers fairly !!!!!!!!
This company wastes their customers time and dont take customer service seriously I filled out my loan application on the 16th April 2025 it is now the 22nd April i am still waiting for my loan to be approved and paid out debicheck is done so i will be billed for a loan i have not received I dont know if im getting the money they just keep sending me emails to do “superfast” option which i do not trust at all

I am so disappointed with GEPF , last year October 2023 they call my Fiancee and let him know that there is unclaimed benefits due to him and his sister from their parent who worked there for many years , they go through the process submit all documentation through via lawyers who processed the deceased estate till this day 18/11/2024 they have not received the unclaimed benefits payout and all GEPF keeps saying to them is the documents are sent to the payments section , they honestly do not have any hope that this money will be paid out My advice never use GEPF for any services #BLACKFRIDAY
Worst courier experience ever I had ordered some parts from a place in Durban to be delivered to my office in Johannesburg meant to be overnight delivery on the 06 June 2024 It is now the 18 June 2024 my parcel has still not arrived Skynet has had multiple attempts to rectify this i have called in and emailed and whatsapped no resolution has been met they keep coming up with excuses and at one stage even lost the parcel in their warehouse , tracking was not updated at all so I had to phone in continuously to find out where my parcel is , still there is no update this is extremely frustrating and i will not be using this company again
I ordered a Meal from Steers on uber eats app on the 09 January 2024 Meal was delivered in a sealed packaging then i noticed i didnt receive the drink i ordered as i open the packages there is empty boxes no food inside looked like they had been eaten and it was in sealed packaging from the restaurant I sent a message to uber eats support they are still reviewing my case up until now they say they can't refund me i am not eligible for a refund which is unacceptable how can i be ineligible for a refund on something i did not receive this is the worst service i have ever received totally unacceptable I am not happy
I am disgusted with the service received with Hollard with regards to the clicks free funeral cover , i have been through multiple agents and no one can assist me when i do get through to someone as soon as they hear i am trying to claim a clicks policy the agent ends the call i have emailed my claim documents with no assistance .
Do not subscribe or take any surveys from them they do not pay out at all , empty promises i have been taking surveys with them for 6 months and have not recieved a single payout , absolutely horrible service , they do not deliver on their payouts.
