If there were negative stars that's what I would give these guys. -11 on a scale that ends at -10. They are quick in taking your money (deposits) but go slower than the slowest creature on earth when we talking withdrawals. It can take up to 4 days according to their response to receive a lousy 100 withdrawal? No other options for withdrawals by the way, only EFT to your account... How silly and inconveniencing... Disappointed and would not recommend anybody to sign up to these guys until they sort their act
Here is a ***** of a company... I deposited my money today 29.11.2025 and when I want to withdraw (Not my first withdrawal) ... I am required to FICA verify my account of which I have done so a long time ago (Hence I could withdraw) I reach out to their chat services, no help... Some Menzi guy on their WhatsApp platform keeps blueticking me without any response to my questions. Hollywoodbets is a ****. These guys sent me an SMS stating I have received a R50 bonus for referring a friend, of which I did refer one. Now the amount does not show on my side. When I contact them of this issue, they state "No, ignore the SMS, have your friend deposit atleast R50 bucks in their account and only then will you actually receive the bonus". So ****gery is this though? This was never said initially, and why send me an SMS congratulating me when actually I have not received the price? This is ********.
Vodacom is the worst telecommunications company in South Africa. Their service is poor and their deals are a lie... They offer you things that you can't even use unless you spend more money to use what you allegedly won.
This company are a bunch of liers as they don't keep to their word. After upgrading, they have said my account is not due until September but now they have closed it and said it now due today with a huge amount to pay on the account. I am unable to watch some of my channels with ease as they continuosly freeze... E.g Mzansi Magic, SS PSL, MM3 This is really poor as only selected channels are affected and mostly channels that are viewed on a daily, this is frustrating and annoying
I have never had such an inconvenience of a medical aid (Ingwe Option).... They practically don't cover for anything... You pay for absolutely everything I tell you... I just had a tooth extraction and had to get medicines... I had to make a payment of 102 as levy for 2 medicines? Like what the heck? This medical is close to nothing I tell you... Pity it is company's chosen medical aid, but this is useless
The are practicaly forcing me to stay on Compact when I downgraded to Access. To show I made my downgrade, I was asked to make a payment of 110 on the 1st of Jan if which I did... Now it says I must make a payment of 288 as I am back on compact, I downgraded. Why am I still on Comapct? Thiefs
