Am not happy with the service of this company they asked me to pay for the duties and taxes I did so and they waste the whole 3days not responding me or updating my parcels payment details so they just took my money for nothing now I don't know who to blame between temu and tri ridge freight and logistics

Bad service
Hi I bought a set of table and chairs at Lewis store located at mams mall on Saturday and yesterday i received them and i experienced something i never experienced especially for a funiture store, 1st all my products were not coverd in plastic or box well that was a big dessapointment for a well known store secondly the chairs had some deep scratches as if they were from a pawn shop even under you could see that they were using them maybe for display i dont know Ok Today i went to the store straight to complain but guess what the staff seemed to be hiding their manager while i asked for him/her thats what ****ed me off.... So they told me to wait for 13:00 as if i have nothing to do they are the only priority in my schedule am not happy at all after that service because i didn't buy them on laybuy or credit. I paid cash in store.... Only to receive a 1star service Honestly taking Lewis name down So am asking on what steps/procedure to follow in situation like this i Kagiso Lucky Mogale thank you.

And Hollywoodbets continues to deny with my withdrawal from monday 03:17am till today and they tell me about 48hours....already 48hours has passed i think hollywoodbets should be considered a **** Then they call to do nothing

I withdraw hollywoodbets says "waiting for approval of banks" when i contact my bank which is capitec they say i must contact Hollywood so now am left confused and angry.... Thinking to close all accounts for hollywoodbets and capitec cos you guys take us for granted i see that but when you want customers youre like free this and that while you not letting us know about your bad services towards customers
