Topform Steel Solutions – Customer Experience Review Our experience with Topform Steel Solutions has been unsatisfactory. Full payment was made on 30 October 2025. As of 21 January 2026, delivery remains incomplete. To date, we have received approximately half of the order (about half of the sheets) paid for. We were later informed that a calculation error by their quantity surveyor resulted in a shortfall of a further 24 sheets. Since payment, we have received multiple revised delivery timelines from Debbie, the Director. Unfortunately, these timelines have not been met. Follow-ups have consistently resulted in explanations and new commitments rather than completion of delivery. The ongoing delays and short delivery have caused financial loss and operational disruption, as planning and contractual commitments were made based on the timelines provided. This review reflects our experience to date and is shared for information purposes, to assist others in making informed decisions, particularly in cases where full upfront payment is required.
I am absolutely appalled by the way OUTsurance has treated Tannie Sandra, a 70+ year old pensioner, following the passing of her husband. Having been a loyal OUTsurance client since before his death in 2012, she trusted them to provide honest and fair service - but instead, she was left in a state of panic and helplessness. After taking out an insurance policy of her 2012 VW Polo, paying a hefty monthly premium exceeding R800, she was assured by Michelle Olifant that should anything happen, OUTsurance would cover up to R38 000 in repairs. This gave Tannie Sandra peace of mind - BUT IT WAS ALL AN EMPTY PROMISE!!!! When the vehicle developed issues, it was collected for repairs, only to be returned two weeks later with no solution. OUTsurance claimed they couldn't find the problem and washed their hands of the situation, leaving this elderly woman stranded with a broken car and NO support. THIS IS DISGRACEFUL TREATMENT OF A VULNERABLE PENSIONER! #Why was she charged R800+ per month if there was never any intention to assist her? #How can OUTsurance promise R38 000 in coverage, only to turn their backs on a widow when she needs it most? #Why was no further effort made to diagnose, repair, or offer a reasonable solution? OUTsurance, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! A senior citizen who has paid diligently for years should not be left to fend for herself. We demand immediate action and accountability - either honor the insurance commitment or refund her for the years of wasted premiums!!!!! Do the right thing, OUTSURANCE. This is not how a reputable company should treat its elderly clients!
