Unprofessional staff. Someone better deserves these job opportunities.
On 1 April at 19:26. I received a call from one of your consultants, and I was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional behavior I encountered. The consultant was very rude, interrupted me multiple times, and did not allow me the opportunity to fully express myself. To make matters worse, she told me to "speak better" and then abruptly slammed the phone down on me. This left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. Yes I complained about the hour of the call and excessive phone calls from Ackermans when I did make a payment. I can only pay as soon as I get money cos I earn daily depending on how much work I do. However, she did not even give me a chance to explain my why. I believe that as a customer, I should be treated with dignity and respect, and this interaction was completely unacceptable.
