This has been the most stressful, rollercoaster pf a week. I added money via 1voucher; normally it is instantaneous. 02/03 i deposited R100, and it approved as per fee for adding money via voucher. What i find surprising is, the transaction has been on a pending status as from 02/03/26. I am not able to access money, i can get reimbursed or issues another voucher and mostly scary i have an EFT from 06/03/2026. I hope the funds do not go through the same trajectory. I am highly disappointed as for the support and the team of technicians “who” are supposedly working on the issue. They say its Temporary, i doubt it, already feels permanent. Kindly warn, advise on how to fast track my individual service cause i am in need of the funds. There is no honesty, empathy nor respect from the team as a whole. There is no effort or whatsoever. Emails are not attended and support stuff is *********** and almost robotic. I need my money @SpotMoneySa @BidvestBank
It is well over a month since I opted-in Tap2Win by telkom. They promise all sorts of giveaways but they not giving away anything to me thus far. I have been in contact with them via email and cause of no prompt responses i went to X. I won a R50 picknpay voucher on 02/02/2025, i then was patient cause the voucher code never came through. On 22/02/2025 i won yet another 100 Grocery voucher and still face the same issue, mind you i had already enquired about the first voucher. Till today they haven’t fulfilled their promise, i have been getting the same response from the agents in X saying they have escalated my query and the rewards team will contact me, well its been over a month for both my queries and it’s frustrating. I am so annoyed cause its not like I cant afford groceries but i really take promises serious especially if i had to use my own money to participate in this process
