LIPTRONICS
Liptronics is known as official repair company for Samsung products. Please note, they are the worst of the worst. I had terrible experience with them and Samsung keeps on notifying me that I musts take the matter up with Liptronics preverbally passing the buck! Rather buy LG TV etc.

Stay away from Samsung.
Wherever possible, do not buy Samsung products. After sales service is non-existing.

samsnung NO CONTROL/CARE
and yes, they rep**** the same Mumbo Jumbo - computer generated reply "It issue was discussed with the complainant in private" WHAT A BULL**** STORY, WE 31WHICH WE JUST HAVE TO SWALLOW EVERY TIME.

SAMSUNG SA. NO control.
I contacted Samsung SA to obtain a registered maintenance business near Cape Town. They referred me to LIPTRONCS (at 37 Fairbairn st. Parow-East) Took my washing machine for repair. Week later they contacted me to come collect. On arrival the owner Neels accidentally dropped the machine from the trolley. He apologized and informed it was an insurance claim and requested a week to sort out. I agreed. A week later he paid R 10 750 out to me. The price of my machine new was +- R 18 000. On further enquiry I found that LIPTRONICS was paid out +- R 18 000 (minus contribution) They short paid me by +- R 8 000. I tried contacting Neels, to no avail. Ended up with Samsung SA. After numerous mails they conveniently passed the "buck" to the Ombudsman. SAMSUNG ALWAYS EAGER TO SELL NO AFTER SALES CARE OR CONTROL.
