No transparency
I m very disappointed icebolethu failed me and I had to end up in debts to bury my grandfather because of being misleaded by their consultant and even management took my case very light instead of taking accountability,

BAD TREATMENT TOWARDS EMPLOYEES
The management in the company are really making the environment so toxic on top of that they paying penuts everything in the company is bad nje,especially if you will be under Nomvuyo Masum you will be depressed for the rest of ur life till you leave the company its depressing honestly
