My experience collecting my new vehicle from Mahindra Edenvale/East Rand was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find the vehicle was not cleaned and appeared dirty. This lack of attention to detail was evident in areas like the roof lining, which had noticeable watermarks and handprints. More concerningly, the agreed-upon settlement of my trade-in vehicle did not occur. As a result, I was incorrectly debited at the end of the month for a vehicle I no longer own. This oversight has caused significant inconvenience and financial implications. I urge Mahindra Edenvale to improve their pre-delivery inspection process and ensure that vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, paying attention to details like the roof lining, and that trade-in agreements are handled efficiently and accurately to avoid such issues for future customers.
