🚨 WARNING: DO NOT TRUST MAXLAW CREDIT LEGAL 🚨 They have now removed my review for the 6th time — and I will not be silenced.“I’m a single mother. I had to close my bank account. My salary is now delayed — all because of MaxLaw’s lies. This so-called “legal” company took R750 from my account using a forced debit order after lying to me on the phone. They contacted me when I was applying for a loan, then manipulated me into signing a debit order by telling me I could cancel it “anytime.” ➡️ LIES. When I found out it was not a loan but a legal service I didn’t need — I told them I didn’t want it. They still took my money. 💥 FNB confirmed that the debit order is “FORCED” and can’t be cancelled from my side. 💥 I had to close my bank account because of them. 💥 My salary is delayed because I had to open a new account. 💥 And now they’re trying to shut me up by deleting every review I post. Let me make this clear: I NEVER received a service. I said NO. They took my money anyway. This is *****. This is theft. And this is NOT over. I’m reporting MaxLaw Credit Legal to: 🔸 The National Credit Regulator (NCR) 🔸 The National Consumer Commission (NCC) 🔸 PASA (Payments Association of SA) 🔸 And the Information Regulator under POPIA to demand my call recordings. 🛑 If you’ve been ****med by them — SPEAK UP. 🛑 If they removed your review — POST AGAIN. 🛑 If they stole your money — REPORT THEM. I will post this every day until I get my money back. You cannot silence the truth. #MaxLawCreditLegal**** #ForcedDebitOrder #consumerrightssa #ncrhelp #ExposeThe****mer#singlemomsfightback#southafricajustice#ncrhelp#*****Alert @NCRSouthAfrica @thenccsa FNB @MaxLawCreditLegal
