I am super chuffed. I used to order dried black soldier fly larvae from a different supplier just because I could pay a R100 per kg, but the quality of the dried black soldier fly larvae was terrible and my beardies didn't want to eat all of it. I ordered from Coastal Pets as I love the brand of Feeders they have (Feeders For Africa). I ordered products from Coastal Pets, bred by Feeders For Africa, and yet again I was super impressed with the quality. Even though I ordered through a third party website called Coastal Pets, the product is still excellent and I have no complaints. I will never order bsfl anywhere else!

It's not often that your receive great quality products and fast reliable delivery. Received accurate tracking information, detailed invoices and a complementary lollipop. I love to order from them for my customers.
I recently requested same day express delivery. I added the delivery address to the waybill. They picked up around 10:00 on 3 October. Shipment was booked around 18:00 2 October. I was told the delivery address was missing and I sent them the information through that they needed. I was assured by Johan's Team at Sandton Ops that the parcel will be sent to the Rivonia branch this morning (4 October) where my client can collect the parcel. I received no feedback this morning even though I emailed the support team and sent messages to the WhatsApp support team. I am still waiting on a response. Waybill VCGRGM / BRDEDISNAHUMCONSUM

Great service and friendly staff. Tracking feedback could be improved as my customers gets annoyed if they can't track the package as sometimes the packages can only be tracked the following day as they take time to scan and process everything
Fast service, affordable and friendly staff. A bit of a communication problem, would appreciate if the booking and tracking process was easier. All live lizards I have couriered arrived safely without issues. I recommend them but would appreciate faster tracking and more detailed booking and tracking feedback
