I would give them less than 1 star. They are useless. They are continuously emailing me regarding a SARS debt which I have asked them over and over again to update their details with SARS as these funds was credited and stop . Even after providing them with evidence they still continue bothering me with this nonsense Who else can I report them to to make them STOP!!!!
This company is dishonest and *********. Because of Standard Bank, I was able to identify the same kind of suspicious transaction on my Discovery card. They include the driver’s tip in the main invoice and then deduct it again after delivery — effectively charging customers twice. This happened again on 04/10/2025. Thank you to Standard Bank for spotting the first *****ulent transaction, even though it caused the inconvenience of blocking my card and issuing a new one. Their vigilance likely saved me a lot of money from future *****ulent transactions. After this dispute is resolved, I will never use Uber again. How many other customers have they ****** from? This is *****ulent behaviour, and they should not be allowed to trade. Check your statements carefully if you’ve ordered from them!
