I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD I HATE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER. RUDEST STAFF...*********** STAFF...JUST USELESS. I WANT YOUR HEAD OFFICE TO CALL ME...I'M NOT LEAVING THIS... Three rivers at riversquare is the worst....the call centers even ruder...Don't get me started... Riversquare vodacom phoned me 2 min after I walked out the place BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET MY CONTRACT....USELESS.... I called alot to sort my debit order not going off....every month a different amount....getting admin fees charges because MY DEBIT ORDER DOESN'T GO OFF BUT THE IDIOTS HANDLING IT DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS!!!! No one can tell me why my amounts are more per month ......every time a different story ....every time a different amount I'm paying.....MY CREDIT SCORE IS AFFECTED BY PEOPLE WHO DON'T BELONG IN THE POSITIONS THEY ARE IN...COMPITENT PEOPLE WOULD BE ABLE TO ASSIST. The call centre's number I eventually got by Vanderbijlpark Vodacom is so useless....Vanderbijlpark said I'll be able to change my debit order status to manually paying per month....yet....the call agent said she can't change anything....she said I'll have to wait a few months before it automatically changes.....BUT VANDERBIJLPARK SAID I NEED TO CHANGE IT....it won't automatically change duhhh any freaking debit order that I know works that way. I told Lesego that I've been paying every single month now for like 4 months that the debit order hasn't gone off correctly....EVERSINCE I GOT THE STUPID LAPTOP CONTRACT.... she said I must just wait it will cancel....and I asked HOW LONG BCZ MY CREDIT SCORE IS INFLUENCED EVERY MONTH THIS STUPID DEBIT ORDER IS NOT GOING OFF....AND EVERY TIME IT'S ADDED FEES BY VODACOM!!!!! WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! I had enough airtime...the phone died I thought it was my airtime but no........she put the phone down in my ear..... THANKS VODACOM I'M NOT DONE WITH YOU YOU'RE JUST MAKING IT WORSE.
CONTEMPO IN THREE RIVERS RIVERSQUARE If I could I would give a big fat 0 as my rating. Your client service sucks. The way your employees looked at me when i walked is just rude. Full story : I was at pep with my mother she wanted to buy me clothes as my birthday present. She was standing in the long line wating to pay the jeans I wanted and told me to go to CONTEMPO to go look for pants I want for work. As you already know I walked to Contempo and got weird looks. I ignored it and searched for pants. I finally got 2 of the same type and wanted to fit it to see my size. I fitted in both but wanted to keep it in my hands to ask my mothers opinion before i put the bigger one back. I got out of the dressing room and went to find another pair of pants I like and took the same two sizes and then fitted them as well. As i walked out of the fitting room....AGNES...stopped me and asked me ( what are you going to take now? And I showed her the two I want but told her I am waiting for my mother shes in another store and she is going to buy it I just want to show her first....She took the pants out of my hands and said...( I'll keep this you can go get your mother. )....RUDELY.... I AM NOT A ******** AND THESE STAFF MEMBERS WILL BE THE CAUSE OF ME NEVER GOING BACK TO CONTEMPO OR SUPPORTING THEM EVER AGAIN. DONT WATCH ME AS IF I AM GOING TO *****....I AM A 21 YEAR OLD AND I DONT LOOK LIKE A DRUGGY OR A *****....DON'T TREAT ME LIKE ONE....I AM SO DISSATISFIED WITH THIS ....I WAS SO UPSET I JUST SAID OK AND WALKED OUT .....I WAS NOT EVEN OUT OF THE STORE AND MY MOTHER WAS ON HER WAY I SAW HER LETTERALLY OUTSIDE THE SWEET STORE ON THE WAY TO CONTEMPO. I TOLD HER I DON'T WANT TO SUPPORT CONTEMPO...BUT SHE INSISTED THAT I GET THE PANTS. We went in ans AGNES !!!!STILL SO RUDE!!!! HELPED WITH THE PAYMENT. SHE IS SO ***********....SHE STRUGGLED TO GET THE PAYMENT DONE ON THE CARD MACHINE(IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME IT TOOK AT LEAST 6 MIN CHECK YOUR CAMERA FOOTAGE ). SO I AM JUST PLAINLY OVER CONTEMPO AND THEIR STAFF IN THREE RIVERS IN RIVERSQUARE. (I DON'T LOOK LIKE A ALIEN....I HAVE BLACK HAIR...WORE A SKIPANTS AND LONG SHIRT COMBO WITH PLAIN SHOES) SO WHY THEY LOOKED AT ME LIKE I DON'T BELONG THERE , THAT I DONT KNOW...And... AGNES.......SHE IS RUDE AND KNOWS NOTHING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN'T EVEN GREET JUST DEMAND..... FIX THIS OR YOU'LL LOSE MORE CUSTOMERS....I AM NOT THE FIRST OR ONLY ONE COMPLAINING I HAVE HEARD COMPLAINTS BUT DIDN'T BELIEVE IT UNTILL TODAY ...I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND WON'T GO THERE AGAIN....
