Went to purchase at fourways mall two jackets under pay just now ..traveller the country and could not get a receipt of my transaction sent an email to the so called email address nobody bothers to respond after them collecting money frome nobody cares if there is anything you would like to have or ...such service pushes customers away ...can l get assistance please Contempo ......

I placed an order about 2 1/2 weeks ago. My order has been showing "pending scanning" since 26 January. I phoned about ten days ago to find out what was going on after my emails were not responded to and was told they are waiting for an item. The order is still showing pending scanning. I have had no further communication. My calls are not returned an my emails are not answered. This is disgusting service.

Contempo in Eastgate Shopping Mall, my wife and I were there on Saturday and Girly the more than capable assistant helped up us and has the best manner and sense of humour ... she was great fun. All in all a very good experience.

CONTEMPO IN THREE RIVERS RIVERSQUARE If I could I would give a big fat 0 as my rating. Your client service sucks. The way your employees looked at me when i walked is just rude. Full story : I was at pep with my mother she wanted to buy me clothes as my birthday present. She was standing in the long line wating to pay the jeans I wanted and told me to go to CONTEMPO to go look for pants I want for work. As you already know I walked to Contempo and got weird looks. I ignored it and searched for pants. I finally got 2 of the same type and wanted to fit it to see my size. I fitted in both but wanted to keep it in my hands to ask my mothers opinion before i put the bigger one back. I got out of the dressing room and went to find another pair of pants I like and took the same two sizes and then fitted them as well. As i walked out of the fitting room....AGNES...stopped me and asked me ( what are you going to take now? And I showed her the two I want but told her I am waiting for my mother shes in another store and she is going to buy it I just want to show her first....She took the pants out of my hands and said...( I'll keep this you can go get your mother. )....RUDELY.... I AM NOT A ******** AND THESE STAFF MEMBERS WILL BE THE CAUSE OF ME NEVER GOING BACK TO CONTEMPO OR SUPPORTING THEM EVER AGAIN. DONT WATCH ME AS IF I AM GOING TO *****....I AM A 21 YEAR OLD AND I DONT LOOK LIKE A DRUGGY OR A *****....DON'T TREAT ME LIKE ONE....I AM SO DISSATISFIED WITH THIS ....I WAS SO UPSET I JUST SAID OK AND WALKED OUT .....I WAS NOT EVEN OUT OF THE STORE AND MY MOTHER WAS ON HER WAY I SAW HER LETTERALLY OUTSIDE THE SWEET STORE ON THE WAY TO CONTEMPO. Almost 13 months ago, I placed an online order 6 7 4 8 but the package was delivered to the incorrect address even though I had logged in online to my customer portal to update the address. I had to inconvenience myself and drive to the old address to collect the package. I had spoken to L l a n a V a l l a b h in customer service telephonically to explain that I updated the address but the package was sent to the old billing address instead of the shipping address. Furthermore, after the telephonic conversation, I also sent an email to the same effect requesting the billing address be corrected. To date, I have not received telephonic nor written confirmation that my request was actioned effectively my email was ignored. She could not answer me why I had not received a reply to my email and said she probably actioned my request. So how would customers know you've done what's requested if you do not confirm in writing? I hadn't ordered online since, that is until this past weekend. Lo and behold, I received a call from the courier this morning to deliver the package 1 1 8 3 6 but it was yet again sent to the incorrect address, same as before, to the billing address and not the shipping address. When I placed the order, I had a feeling that my request from 2 3 F e b 2 0 2 4 was ignored but I decided to give Alice Wear the benefit of the doubt and hoped I was wrong only to be proven right! Late this afternoon, I sent a very frustrated email requesting that someone more senior than L l a n a email me but even that was ignored because she proceeded to call me and when I answered, I said I do not want to speak to her (as I was fuming), she went on talking instead of respecting my boundaries. She was very rude and I told her that I do not appreciate the way she was speaking to me. She took her frustration and anger out on me as she insisted that someone else was appointed in the dispatch department who made the error. She also said she cannot remember what her husband's daughter's aunt or something like that said in reference to her not being able to remember so long ago and I was honestly flabbergasted because as a customer and also someone who has over 10 years of customer service experience myself, she should've known better not to make the internal company issues the customer's problem. I understand that she would not remember what happened almost 13 months ago, but that's the very reason I forwarded the email I'd previously sent together with relevant screenshots and instead of getting angry, all she had to do was read to understand what transpired then. When it comes to dealing with any person on earth, customer or not, Comprehension is key. Listen to understand instead of to respond! She expressed how upset she was at my email that she was not to blame but the new staff member in that position was at fault avoiding responsibility for the very same thing happening over a year back or even that she never rep**** to my email. She also proceeded to offer a very insincere apology and said it is company policy not to ship packages to billing addresses, logically so! Such a pity, I quite like Contempo/Alive Wear's apparel as I've ordered for family, friends and myself. But such p u t r i d service and unprofessionalism tarnishes the business' image. I'd much rather shop elsewhere where such is not a regular occurrence and customer service actually means something.

My disappointment to Contempo Klerksdorp on their grand opening. I bought lot of items and requested the lady at store to assist by keeping it in front as they didn’t have basket. To my surprise when I got home some of the items were not there. Considering it was the last item I am assuming they kept it for themselves. What is disturbing me me is that I personally asked the lady to keep these items and they decided not to give me everything.

My wife has an account with Contempo but you cannot pay your account at Contempo. They refer you to Game or any other RCS store, but you annot pay your account at Contempo. I contacted RCS H/O and they could not help me and wanted to give me a number to enable me to pay at Pick & Pay, Checkers Game, anywhere except at Contempo where the account is. I need to state here that Contempo is the most user unfriebdly bussiness I ever had the misfortune to deal with and it is the first time in my life that I encounter that you cannot pay your account where it is located

Contempo is a clothing shop under RCS. I paid my account on the 23December 2024 for which the payment was for 1st January 2025, as of yet they haven't updated my payment even after sending receipt as proof of payment
