Custom made glass table top.
Echo Glass in Craigavon have recently made me a simple square table top, shatterproof with rounded edges and corners. No fuss no drama just an honest to goodness job done.... despite local power stumbling blocks, made a plan. Don't need glass often but when I do, I know where I'll be heading.

Great shop assistant
Contempo in Eastgate Shopping Mall, my wife and I were there on Saturday and Girly the more than capable assistant helped up us and has the best manner and sense of humour ... she was great fun. All in all a very good experience.

OUTsurance brilliance.
The true test of an insurance company is not how little the monthly payments are, but how they perform in a time of need. My time of need came in the form of a serious head on motor vehicle accident quite recently. A call to OUTsurance and the tow truck FirstHelp which were at the scene everything was organized and happened amazingly well. The insurance and tow truck work together so no issues with a random tow company. The whole claim process was handled very efficiently and through one contact person, so no missing information or time wasting at all. Constant email updates of the claim status, document requests and registration sign over etc. all went without a hitch. Write-off value was full retail and all extras were covered. OUTsurance service levels are unheard of in today's world. If every service provider gave this level of commitment to its client what a different place this would be.

MooMoo delicious!
Absolutely brilliant... service levels top notch... food quality excellent. Steak was done as requested, had roast veggies which were very nicely cooked, and the Stella draught was cold.... all in all, quality.

H2OBWT Pineslopes water refills brilliant!
WOW!..what brilliant service, welcoming, friendly and efficient. Anything and everything for drinking water, bottle refills to filter installations, got it all. The big bonus is Tuesday is pensioners day.... water is R1 per litre... wonderful....

Johannesburg Water hopeless.
Johannesburg Water.... pitifully poor.... they cannot get our meter number correct on our monthly account!!... now threatening to cut us off if we don't pay the massive sum against a meter number that is not ours!... sent the pictures of our meter with the reading and meter number clearly visible but they still can't get it corrected.... and no one cares enough to sort it!...

Pretty darn good service.
Just bought 2 high quality lenses.... best price I could find after shopping around, they ordered from the manufacturer and delivered to my door in less than a week. Happy with the service, can only hope its the same quality when I need a new camera body soon.
