Went to purchase at fourways mall two jackets under pay just now ..traveller the country and could not get a receipt of my transaction sent an email to the so called email address nobody bothers to respond after them collecting money frome nobody cares if there is anything you would like to have or ...such service pushes customers away ...can l get assistance please Contempo ......
The service here is nonsense ordered my WiFi on the 3rd of January been trying to get it delivered to no availability of assistance.this chat number of theirs is no use...advising people thinking of taking this to not do so l feel so frustrated about how you pay after payment nobody to help you ..no phone number to call just a useless web.... irritated
Lost my router yesterday called cell c to suspend my number since it had data ..was asked some so called security questions which are the same as the ones l being asked today and boom l am told the system failed me on the same security questions l was asked yesterday what sh****is that ....same answers l answered yesterday today l am failing ...can l get my number back
One hell of a useless network ..trying to get hold of them is difficult ...been encounting difficult with router called had to hold for 20 plus mins to get assistance....network is bad assistance unavailable yoooh do not use them never ever ....service is 0/1000...
Service here is **** you try getting in touch with them with your own airtime you hold for 17mins to 20 mins only for them to drop the phone ..been with mweb for close to two years ..there increased their tariff prices without alarming me and the network has been bad in my house after the increase ..not appreciated would advise people not to sign for it coz woooow nonsense nonsense service here
Experiencing one ****ty service from them.well was referred by a friend who got good service from them ..l then got to be under the wings of a certain lady by the name of Tracy who called me and told me how there work them decided to allow them to assist me ..trust me when there want your banking details calls will be ringing the whole day ..Gave in my details first debit order went last month and thought there have already made arrangements for me with the bank that l owe to pay a certain amount ..boom nothing happened but this month again there debited my 200 for them but the bank that l owe is not getting anything so how so do u people say u helping..and what irritates me the more l then tried calling them their phones are not being answered nor emails reverted to ..what type of service is this..you people are doodge ..the amount you debit from my account with no help is unacceptable and l did not sign anything to allow you to do so ..Guess l need to go viral with this company ayi ncoooooo l refuse you help .....
Disappointed on the level of treatment.. I am now dragged into getting annoying phone calls from debt collectors for an R850 of covid which until today it was not sorted.. When my doctor referred me to do tests he checked whether l am covered for it and it was.. He referred me to go to lancet where my tests were done and came back negative.. And there then decided not to cover cause my results came back negative which it does not state when you test _ you are not covered.. How pathetic is that for such a well known to brand.. To treat their clients like that.. I advise people to think twice before joining the momentum health4me not worth it.. And you get calls for a test done 2020 before the third wave even came.... Annoyed and so frustrated we all affected by this covid thing if it suits them there cover what kinda of business is that...
