Poor customer service. Purchased a matress topper when I unfolded it I saw a big blood stain with a bad smell. Called and emailed the store. They said they will get back to me it's been 3 weeks now. Nathan is not responding to my emails. Aucor Cape Town.

Had a bad experience regarding my rewards redeeming. Went to the store only to find out that the code that old mutual rewards provided was wrong. Sent them a lot of emails and the shop also called but no help. After all the struggle they still refused to return my unused points to my dashboard and it was not the first time.
