Noise
Cashier playing african music so loud customers have to raise their voices. Really annoying cant sit down to eat because of the noise.

Incompetence of cashier and supervisor
Order placed 05/04/2025 @ 6:37 at McDonald's Great North Benoni with crew id 69 Mandisa Mlotshwa. My order was for R103.80. Crew member swiped my order amount to the customer in front of me, which was R103.80. At the time I reached to cubicle to pay she said the customer in front of me paid for my order so I will swipe for his order. I asked what's the price difference and she rep**** R10 and I refused. After dialogue, she called her supervisor who told her to tell me, I must pay the R30 difference then I will be given R30 cash. I refused asked why am I to correct the crew members mistake and I explained a note should made and when it came to cash up for that crew member it should reflect as her loss for the day and she should sort it out with McDonalds, not me, the customer. It is unprofessional and it would have been theft being told it was to be R10 added to my swipe which turned out to be R30. Check your item prices before paying!
