I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Identity regarding a refund that is still not reflecting in my bank account. Yesterday I contacted Identity customer service to enquire about my refund. The consultant clearly told me that the refund had already been processed and that it should reflect immediately in my bank account. I was advised to check with my bank. Today I contacted my bank and they confirmed that they have not received any refund notification or transaction from Identity. I then called Identity again and another consultant told me that refunds actually take 7–10 business days to process, which completely contradicts what I was told the day before. When I asked for proof of payment so that I could provide it to my bank, the consultant had the audacity to question why I would need proof of payment. This is a completely reasonable request and should be standard when a refund has supposedly been processed. The lack of consistent information and the dismissive attitude from customer service is extremely unprofessional. At this point I expect: • Written confirmation that my refund has been processed • Proof of payment for the refund • The refund to reflect in my bank account urgently If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the complaint further through the relevant consumer protection authorities. Very disappointed with the way this matter has been handled.
Absolutely terrible service from KFC Southway Mall Durban. I ordered from them last week and my order was NOT complete. I was missing chips, a cooldrink, and strips, which adds up to more than R50. This is not a small mistake. I contacted the store and was told they would send the missing items with a driver. After that call? Nothing. No delivery. No follow-up. No apology. Just silence. This is unacceptable and dishonest. Customers pay hard-earned money and should not have to chase a big brand for what they already paid for. KFC Southway Mall clearly does not care about customer service or accountability. I will not be ordering from this branch again and I strongly advise others to double-check their orders or avoid it completely.
To Identity Services, I am honestly shocked at how poor your service has become. I made an arrangement to pay today, yet this morning I am already getting messages saying I “failed to make payment.” It is not even the end of the day – do you expect me to sit on my banking app from midnight just to make sure you are satisfied? This level of service is becoming extremely frustrating and honestly very difficult to deal with. Sending out incorrect notifications and harassing customers before the agreed date is unacceptable. I would like someone to call me urgently to resolve this.
I am beyond frustrated with Identity! I have been receiving nonstop calls to make a payment arrangement — which I HAVE DONE multiple times. Every time I speak to a consultant, I make the necessary arrangement and I am assured that it has been noted on the system. Yet, like clockwork, I continue receiving calls as if nothing was done! It is clear that Identity either has a completely dysfunctional internal system or staff who are not capturing information properly. This is harassment, plain and simple. I’ve kept my end of the arrangement, but Identity is failing to keep theirs. I am extremely unhappy with the way I’ve been treated and the unnecessary stress this has caused me. Fix your systems and stop bombarding loyal customers with repeated, pointless calls due to your own incompetence. This experience has left a very bitter taste, and I will be reconsidering whether I ever want to deal with Identity again in the future.
I have had a very frustrating experience with Vodacom recently, at the end of March they debited me more than my actual contract amount stating that i missed a payment, since the 26th of March i have been going back and forth with them providing bank statements to show that I was up to date, they keep responding and saying that my refund is being processed. I am very unhappy with the service I am receiving. I am still awaiting my refund and its been almost 3 weeks
