My mom bought a full bedroom suits , stove , tv and 2 bed at Bradlows Maponya mall on December 8 2024 and in May 2025 , She went to the store to complain about the quality of the bedroom suits and as well as the glass stove that was coming out . Bradlows only came in June 25 to fix the stove and they closed the query for the dressing table and ottoman as client is “careless”😡 Their quality is so bad as their furniture does not even last a year without being fixed . Instead of improving on their quality they just hide under “ the client is careless” the nerve She bought the furniture to put clothes on it and not to decorate with it . Yet Bradlows excepts us to just buy and decorate as their quality of furniture is poorly done . Fair price furniture is even stronger than Bradlows
My mom took a policy with Hollard in 2008. She insured her kids and my stepfather who sadly passed on (14 March 2025 ) i then sent all the documents on the 14 March 2025 and nothing happened until i made a follow up and was told to re send all the documents which I did on 3 April 2025. Hollard then sent a message saying everything is being processed. On the 8th April 25 after I made another follow up she got an sms asking for her to send a lobola letter or marriage certificate which she does not have those and Hollard is saying they cant process the claim without those letters . When I asked the call centre agent on why was my mom not told about the marriage before she took the policy and she could not answer. Avbob paid without marriage certificate why is Hollard require such now and not advised my mom not to take one for him if they were not married yet. now she has made a claim and they are now taking her from pillar to post .
