Every day when I call affinity insurance got bad customer service from the assistant, by that time you want to see the doctor they say you must go to the hospital
I want thank Mr Yori for helping me with marvelous customer service, he know how to certify customer
I am not happy about service that I get from 0misha Kingdom and Thabiso They make my life difficult because they don't understand customer service and u paid today and they don't treat me as a customer and I am an loyal and trustworthy customer
I am writing this giving thanks to the ops manager Omisha Kingdom she done a good job she assisted me good and my wifi is back on after long 6 days without a network, I will also say people like her are need or they if in the team there is more of their kind the company will be doing good
Bad customer service from management mr Thabiso, wend and mpumi with and empty promises and lies i have more than 6 days without network but they are installing an new on on the same stand well not wanting to solve the old customer. Please Pluxnet do better this is low
The service i get every day is poor and i can't recommend to anyone, every one when i ask questions they don't have an answer it seems like they don't have experience they need customer service training 😡😡😡😡😡😡
I really appreciate being assisted by Mr Dawn he such a life saver, guy who know how to give excellent customer service, npluxnet Fibre be proud to have him I think if you can have more Mr Dawn npluxnet with be an excellence business. ❤️
