A Heartfelt Thank you too Victoria Hospital
Yesterday, I experienced the best service at Victoria Hospital. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by genuine care, compassion, and professionalism. Every single person who assisted me from the doctors and nurses to the security staff did so with love and kindness that truly touched my heart. I had bags with me, knowing I’d be staying overnight, and every time I needed to move, someone was there to help me carry them without hesitation. It wasn’t just medical care. it was human care, and that made all the , nurses, security personnel, and everyone who played a part in looking after me last night:thank you from the bottom of my heart. The way things are done at this hospital is simply remarkable. Victoria Hospital, you are a shining example of what healthcare should be.

Worse Customer Services Ever
On the 26th of March, I received the wrong item from Takealot. I logged a return immediately, and the item was collected the very next day, on the 27th. It is now the 9th of April, and I still haven’t received my refund. What’s worse is every time I try to follow up, I’m told the information I’m giving is “incorrect.” I honestly don’t know what kind of joke this is—whether it’s incompetence or a deliberate attempt to delay refunding me—but I’m tired of being sent in circles. Takealot, this is completely unacceptable. Stop wasting my time and return my money.
