****ty service from Naked insurance
Naked insurance from Hollard is a ****. I insured my phone for R20000 which was what it was valued at the time, and during that time they even increased my premiums! Now years later when claiming they’re saying that the market value of my phone has dropped so they’ll replace it with a R13000 card to purchase at Istore. Note that in don’t pay a premium of an insured product of R13000 I pay a premium for an insured amount of R20000! No assistance from them. And now since I’m unsatisfied I have to follow a lengthy annoying process calling different departments but they were very quick for 3 years to debit their premiums and never missed a single one

Terrible service
I bought shoes a month or so ago and got to wear the shoe this week only to find out they packed the same side pair (both for the left foot). As if that’s not an inconvenience enough the manager asked me why I took so long to wear the shoe with a condescending tone and completely forgot to take responsibility of the fact that I bought shoes cash, and the store messed up and packed the same side shoes. She didn’t even acknowledge and apologise for the mess made by their staff member, got ****ty service from the lady whom the rest of the staff called, I assume she’s the manager. Buy there at your own risk
