Scintil Consulting has now changed their name to Henru Du Preez properties. This the worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent. The agents does not know how to treat clients and I would never recommend anyone to work with them. Agent sends offensive messages when you just ask a question. Cancels home viewing after confirming them just because the agent doesnt like the question. I am absolutely shocked by the way I was treated.
The name of the bank says it all they are standard, actually no they are substandard. I have been with this for 16 years and to them it means nothing. I have complained so many times about their pathetic service and nothing changes. They don't care about any client satisfaction. I have phoned them numerous times about my credit card that goes over the limit, put apparently that is not their problem it's mine. I should make sure it doesn't happen. On my homeloan account we have a problem that they don't fix anything when you are in arrears and fixed it the arrears. They just straight give you over even if you have an agreement. Clearance certificates means nothing to them they just keep on saying they will fix it but they don't. And please show me someone who hasn't gone through a difficult financial time these past last years after covid. We are all just trying to survive. Standard Bank is a bank that just follows the system if it works or not. All they do is sit behind a computer checks a system and can't help you with anything. Take my advice and don't bank with Standard Bank. I will surely be moving my bank somewhere else.
Useless service. No help from anyone. No responses from anyone. I get phone calls from them and they are so rude. All they say it's the system, no one wants to help or assist.
