I came from fourways. played ten pin at fourways. came to rosebank and the lady OLGA tells me I cannot use my VIP card and I must BUY a new VIP card to play.this is not correct as it is their card and them changing the card.why must I buy another VIP card?pathetic
my medication was not sent nor was I notified I needed to submit a new script. how do I medicate on a chronic illness without medicine. irresponsible behavior from the workers .
I've been a customer for 20 years and I had a problem with the debit order .I went and paid directly on mweb portal.the wifi was disconnected for 10 days costing my family thousand of rands in data and eventhough I sent them a sms proof of payment to check on their statement for the payment they refused to connect me.today within 5 min after I had to ask absa to send me a pop and I sent it to mweb they connected the wifi within 5 minutes. why could they not find the payment on there bank statements like every one else instead of giving me the run around. pathetic service and *********** people to talk to.very very disappointed
