Been staying at Goldburg (Golden view) for 4 years now .. all i can say is the their service delivery is so great and quick to respond #BlackFriday
I wanted to change my debit and I went to the app to change it . In less than 2 mins I received a call back to confirm that. I’m happy i did have to wait for 2 working days for such a small request
I had a smooth upgrade of my plan , the lady I spoke to explained everything so well such that I now understand everything about the cover I took .
Prime customer care people are so nice they always ready to assist. And their delivery of service doesn’t take time
Rain signal is always bad. I personally work from home I struggle to even use a browser . And worse the planning a price hike from a service I barely use
