I’m a paying customer from Nkandla, Emcakweni (Nkonisa area). Two weeks ago, we lost electricity due to strong winds. We reported it to Eskom (Ref: 96538****), but no one came. After over a week with no response, the electricity was eventually restored — we assumed Eskom had finally resolved the issue. Then yesterday, Eskom arrived and disconnected our electricity again, claiming that some people in the area don’t buy electricity. This is deeply frustrating and unfair. Why should paying, law-abiding customers be punished for the actions of others? Eskom should follow a door-to-door process, checking each household and dealing directly with those not complying — not switch off the power for an entire community. This approach is unprofessional and makes paying customers feel neglected and disrespected. We deserve fair treatment and urgent answers.
I ordered the Amplify he’s from makro and they delivered an absolutely wrong item I requested a return and it took weeks for them to collect the item courier guy never came for collection until I told them I was gonna bring the item to my nearest courier guy which I did and I have never received any response from them and I tried to call them from the numbers they used to call me with and they do not exist anymore
On the 25th of April I was trying to buy data for my sister using the MTN app we inserted the absa card number, cvv and everything. We tried 3 times and all the transactions were unsuccessful and only 2 of the funds came back to the account but one of them didn’t return and it been written uncleared on my app. I called absa and they said I must send an email, I did and I got no response I went to the branch and the lady sent an email again and said the funds will return in few days they have not returned. I tried calling them and the lady put me on hold for like 15 minutes and never came back I ran out of airtime and I bought one again and I was put on hold again. They do not even call back even after I have told them that I’m gonna run out of airtime again they just don’t care
I ordered amplify stellar series headphones from makro and the delivered **** headphones written P9 on the box. I logged a return and they promised to come and Coll the item they told me corrier guy was coming but he never came they even lie the other day that he was 30 minutes away from my location but he didn’t show up I woke up the next morning and received an email that my return has been rejected I tried to call them and ask why and the lady said it was because the courier guy said there was no item to collect and I told her that the courier guy never even called me she said she’s gonna log the return again and I’ve been waiting for them for days now no one ever showed up to collect the item
I ordered Amplify Stellar series headphones from Makro and they delivered the cheap P9 headphones. I requested a return and they did sent me an email saying they were gonna come for collection they didn’t pitch up I’m still waiting even now
I ordered headphones the Amplify Stellar Series and I got some cheap headphones that I can buy for R50 on the street. I know how the headphones should look and I cannot buy such a cheap line headphones with such money. I want my money back.
