Excellent Service!

Makro online extremely poor delivery service.
Very Poor service. Order on Makro online and was informed delivery would be on the 21st. Never received delivery of my product as well as no telephone call explaining why the delivery will be late. Now midday on the 22nd and still no delivery and when checking on the app it is not even on route to me. I would recommend shopping at takealot as they deliver on time. this will be my last purchase with Makro and considering cancelling my order.

MetroFibre – A Masterclass in Incompetence
If you’re considering MetroFibre, do yourself a favor and don’t. My fibre connection went down yesterday afternoon. It's now well past midday the next day, and I’m still offline. That’s over 20 hours with zero internet access — and zero accountability. I’ve tried every support channel: phone, WhatsApp — not a single response. Just radio silence from a company whose only job is to keep people connected. Then, without warning, I receive an email saying my account has been suspended due to non-payment. This is news to me, since the debit order failed silently, and MetroFibre never bothered to inform me. No SMS. No email. No heads-up. Just: Service terminated. This isn’t just bad service. It’s gross negligence. A total failure in communication, support, and customer care. MetroFibre clearly operates on autopilot, and when things go wrong — as they often do — you’re completely on your own. Avoid them. Your time, your business, and your sanity are worth more.
