Seven Seas made a complex process simple and easy to navigate. Instructions are clear at each step making paperwork easy. We used their MoveCube and the communication and service was excellent throughout. The drivers arrived on time in their appointment slot and helped me load, making the Tetris game of fitting everything in look easy. Highly recommend.
Used their free We Drive service today and it was excellent 👌🏻

This company had my last review removed. Not sure exactly what that was about but possibly trying to get their ratings up? I'll repeat then. After placing an order in March 2021 and them failing to deliver any service, I have been waiting for a refund. This refund has been promised and not delivered in full. Every interaction with the company results in apologies and promises to act with no result. So I cannot recommend them at all, and I believe their services levels are exceptionally poor.
After not processing my licence renewal for over 6 weeks, they agreed to refund me. I paid R745 and they eventually refunded me R343 after repeated follow ups. I queried this value, they agreed I was owed a further refund. Then nothing. I have emailed repeatedly and they keep insisting my refund balance was done, but cannot provide a proof of payment. First I got a screenshot of a note someone made on their CRM, then another screenshot of the R343 refund. They have had my money since middle of March. This behavior is criminal.
Used the site to check more or less the insurance values of two cars I'm considering buying. Did not leave permission to call, but nevertheless they appear to have used my ID number without my permission to source the telephone numbers of my family members from my cellular service provider (complaint to them next) and harass them telephonically yesterday. I used your site to check insurance prices - you do not have the right search any other info about me, nor to call my family members unsolicited 6 times in one day as a result. Stop it immediately.
Thank you to Melissa and Mario from TCC Global for excellent service. This company is responsible for the SPAR promotion where you collected stickers in exchange for Thomas knives. One of my knives broke and I emailed the Thomas brand, TCC Global contacted me immediately and arranged to ship me a replacement knife even though the warranty period had expired.
I have quite literally spent hours on the phone with your call centre, due to your website not allowing me to complete changes to my policy. Each time, the agents needs to go through all the legal T&C with me, which I tried to avoid by using your website. Today, all I wanted to do was link a car on my policy to a regular driver that is currently insured on my policy, but whose previous car you have just written off. After 36 mins on the phone with one agent, who could not execute this request, I was transferred to Selena who helped me. Whilst Selena was helpful and thorough (thank you, Selena), I still had to spend another 21 mins on the phone with her to complete this request. It is beyond frustrating to deal with Miway - from new quotes, to policy changes to claims (it took you 2.5 weeks to tow the car that was eventually written off). <br> One more incident like today's and you will most definitely be losing me as a client. I cannot waste my time on the phone while I am supposed to be working in my own job. I chose Miway because of your web self-service but if it doesn't work, and your call centre is not competent, there is no point in staying.
