The subscription to Microsoft 365 has just risen by 50% from R1099 to R1590. It seems all things American are just becoming an absolute *******. How can that sort of increase be justified?
Originally purchased a lalela inverter with a lead acid battery which was absolute *******. At the time Lalela had a service centre located in wynberg Sandton. We opted for the biggest lithium ion battery as recommended by their service department. It was quite easy to just bring it in and get it sorted while I waited. Excellent service. Fast forward a year and they no longer have the service centre and you have to use their couriers to send it in. This wastes time. Then since they received it I have heard nothing from them in 4 days. They don't respond to e mails and no one knows what's happening. It's like they are in cahoots with the courier company and have ****** my inverter. Way to go Lalela. From hero to zero in 1 year. Why?
