I want my order delivered today On the 11th of April I ordered an IPhone SE at Makro and the order was set to arrive by the 19th of April and yet till this day I haven't received my order. I sent numerous email on Saturday trying to track the order and find out what happened to my order. On the 21st I called and emailed and all they keep saying is that they will escalate the matter and no action is taken after that. Makro is treating us like fools whenever I call agents give me the runaround and tell me my order is still in progress it's packed and awaiting for the courier and yet it has been two weeks since it was like that. This is so unfortunate because I am a student struggling to make means and I spent my the last money that I had to buy a phone at Makro thinking I will get excellent service but instead I have been ****med of R3000 by Makro. I don't even have a phone, right now I am using my mom's phone to call and follow-up on the order and I get no response from the Makro team instead they keep saying I'll be forwarded to the right department, my matter will be escalated and it has been two weeks since they've been escalating the matter. I am on of the victims of Makro's ****s and this is honestly heartbreaking to say the least. I want makro to deliver my order today or give me a refund to go buy the phone somewhere safe with trustworthy providers. My order number is MAK******
I am so disappointed by the service I got from macro, literally a week ago I purchased an iPhone se and an iPhone charger only received one order and no communication of the iPhone I purchased the date they said it would be delivered has passed. When I try to send an email they just say the will review the matter with no further action taken. A lawsuit must be filled against Macro as this is unacceptable because why encourage people to order online if you are just going to **** them.
