I bought a TV stand online collected my order all was well until I eventually opened it realized some of the *****s was to small an one of the boards has like a water mark on in immediately emaild decofurns refunds department received an email back with a case number emails was send back an forth only for them to tell me they have a very strict return policy of 48 hours defective goods needs to returned within 48 hours I explained the TV stand was not opened within 48 hours after collection I then asked for another alternative like a replacement or refund I received an email stating I have to WAIT for Spares from their spares department which can take some time as a regular decofurn customer their customer service is poor!!!!!!never in my life did I ever hear of a 48 hour return policy for Furniture I even phoned their customer care line only to receive an email about their spare department being out of stock
ON the 19/04/2025 I went to Relay Jeans Greenacres mall Port Elizabeth to do a return of clothing I bought the cashier that assisted me told me that they don't have money the cash for the day has been banked already an i should rather go to Markham to do the return. I went to Markham explained to the cashier what happed at relay the cashier then phoned relay asking why they didn't assist me they then suddenly had the cash to refund me an told the Markham cashier to tell me to come to their store. I'm very unhappy their customer service is beyond phatic it's a disgrace
