Stale, and now burnt/foreign objects
I find it extremely disturbing when u raise a concern and complain then a so called “investigator” doesn’t even do their job infact I doubt any investigations were conducted. I’m always having issue when buying specifically Nik Naks straps 22gs via ASAP-Protea Glen. They either stale, extremely salty OR burnt objects

Unhappy customer😭
Ordered an Elba induction cooktop and received normal ceramic stove. The electrician made me aware , called in and was advised will be contacted 1-3 days it’s now week2
