Very very poor services from Florin Ristea and company their prices are way to expensive don't know how they expects people to pay this amounts of them rather go to Maxidor for better pricing and services
This company is honelsty the best company ti assist with outstanding Vodacom account was assisted beautifully by the reception and consultant until my account got paid in full 100% recommended this company for assistance do not believe the spam reviews whatsover i also believed until i got assisted and received my paid in full letter
Every department in this company is *********** We have struggled to deactivate our device for 2 weeks finally got in contact with them got the device deactivated and paid the deactivating fee of R780 eft the same day well well well they still tried to debit my account for the R780 after payment has been send to then with pop and received a reply back that they have received the payment and pop when you try yo phone them they cut off your line Will not ever in my life recommend this company to anyone ever They have all of these hidden cost anyone who has cartrack take note DO NOT TAKE EXTENDED WARRANTY ON YOUR DEVICE IT LOCKS YOU IN WITH MORE MONTHS ON CONTRACT THEN WHEN YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOU NEED TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF MONTHS LEFT
This company is really so patient and understanding, they assist you to the best of their knowledge and the best assistance is given when requesting statements, balance, payment details from receptionist to the collector they are such friendly/ helpful people
*** service Firstly our sales rep in Jhb South was helpful at first we got pre approved told us to pay holding fee of R5000 we paid this on the 7th of July 2025 we waited for almost a week to get feedback from them then they want more documents we send them the documents and still do not get an answer from them we effentually phone them after the sales man and financial lady does not respond to you text or phone calls and within minutes of giving them grieve they tell us we are not approved this was ons the 12th of June 2025 they ask us to send them our bank confirmation letter and we immediately send it up to today the 18th of July 2025 we still do not have our money back Coming up with the excuse to say that ot was paid on the 13th and because of the public holiday on Monday from today it will take 4 working days to reflect Does this stupid people think we are dumb of the payment was made on the 13th the payment should have reflected yesterday or early this morning They are *********** *****s We are busy logging a ***** case against them And they are more than welcome to get in contact with me to find out who the sales man and financial lady is that is *****ing our money We will also now be requesting the interest that the R5000 has picked up since the 7th of July 2025 and yes customers you are allowed to do that this is your right to req it Go to Mit Mak Motors they are the most helpful and most friendly staff and got a car not even 1 and a half days after contacting them We buy cars has had many cases where theu had to pay back money to customers who they cheated Devi show should reveal the ****ers
Since the 23rd of April 2025 this matter has still not been resolved no call recording receives as requested I have now made a case with the ombudsman poor poor service from metrofibre

Cancelled my account in May 2024, confirmation received that account will be canceled 23 April 2025 we receive an sms that our account is handed over to some incompatant collection company whome you also do net get through just like metro fibre Contacted metro fibre, received and statement that is not even updated and does not reflect all our payments, Receives a call from one of their staff members on the 23rd of April 2025 at 16:20 pm where they have confirmed that the mistake was on their side and that the account will be cleared On the 25th of April 2025 another statement has been send to me belong to a Marcus - note that this is not even my name and have not even lived in emaleni at all You keep on receiving message that the matter has been escalated to the relevant department but nothing is happening. I am now going to report this matter to the national consumers tribunal and the ombudsman Do not recommend this company to anyone-cancel your contract if you have it with metrofibre they will be committing ***** with your account as well
This company is disgusting, not willing to assist and absolutely not eager to assist at all My contract was canceled with metro fibre last year May month and cancelation has been confirmed with proof that i Have Yesterday i received an sms saying that ny account is being handed over to some collectors after i paid my account every single month I contacted metro fibre and received a call back from them yesterday stating that their was a fault on their side the account will be cleared and i will receive an email confirmation with this still nothing received After requesting that call recording since yesterday they just turn the blind eye Would never recommend metrofibre to anyone ever worst services from their *********** staff members Their account department should ve investigated
