Uber has been deducting money from my account almost every month and when ever i rise the issue with them they tell me there is nothing that they can do, they say that the money they are deducting is from a ride taken by my sister, yet her ride history clearly shows that they were no rides that were taken for the amount or on that day. I am honestly tired and they should bring back my money
Worst experience ever, ordered food from bloed mall galitos for delivery at 17:36 and paid online, received emails for confirmation and money deducted. It is now 19:52 and my order is still not here. I got worried at 16:30 and called the store the call center kept on transferring my calls to “ghosts” who never answer calls until 19:00 where they had to tell me that the store is closed and there’s nothing they can do. Now they are ignoring my calls if they answer they transfer the call to people who won’t even answer, now i am even convinced that my calls are not even getting transferred. I will never recommend anyone to order from this store and their call centre is literally the worse telling that they don’t know what to do now my money is gone with no food delivered to me. And had i read the reviews here first I wouldnt have bothered with ordering. I am now planning to name and shame them on every social media platform because they cannot tell me that theres nothing they can do after i called them before the store closed and ordered an hour and a half before they closed.
