Very bad services. They are not reachable, no one answes your call I have been trying to call for the past three days to log a claim but no one answers the phone, no one replies to emails but I've been debited every single month. I called the emergency services because i was out of options, when they asked for my policy number they couldn't find it. How you dealing with ehailing and the lives of people but you are unreachable. This a very, very bad insurance company. I was sold i lie and now my so called broker is not even reachable. Please do better.
My partner bought items on credit from Lewis and unfortunately early this year his house was broken into and his TV which was insured ,amongst other things that were ******. He followed procedure and went to log a claim. Monarch to this day are giving him the run around regarding processing his claim, but they want him to continue paying even though they don't want to process his claim. The service from Monarch insurance is very poor to say the least. They don't want to assist clients but forcefully want them to pay with no services rendered on they're side and in doing that they giving Lewis a bad name as I won't think of going to Lewis to apply for credit because of their insurance partner.
