Horrible customer service
I have been a customer for a while, but their recent customer service has been horrible. I do not recommend them. Rather choose another.

I would like to write a review about First for Women. I phoned in to client services, needing help with my policy, and was assisted by Claudine Sadeck. I was very happy with the service she provided. Very friendly and helpful with my questions. Thank you for taking the time to assist me
