Taller Waller installed new boundary walls that were falling apart on my property, they did a superb job as well as a complete clean-up once the installation was completed. Highly recommend
Review on behalf of Steven Silva ( unhappy cartrack customer ) Cartrack are pathetic, forced me to pay last year for an account that hadn't been active for years prior, submitted the paid up letter countless times but they refuse to acknowledge and instead continue to harass me on a daily basis - then for added spice they increase the amount supposedly owed every month but refused to cancel or update their accounts with the correct information. I get 10+ calls a day and have to explain the same scenario every time. Requested cancellation of my current vehicle as well but instead of doing their jobs they continue to harass me for an account that was paid up a year ago. Shape up cartrack and stop harassing your clients!
I published a review on Hisense on the very BAD service received in April. They contacted me on 21 April after seeing the review and said that someone would contact me. I eventually received the report after numerous phone calls to the Hisense Call Centre, so again I had to follow up to get any form of response from them. However, the report they issued was for Wear & Tear (The freezer is not yet a year old), I queried why they issued this report and as far as they are concerned this is the issue. The compressor stopped working on the freezer, through no fault of mine. I emailed them a couple of time to get feedback on the report and again was ignored until they eventually sent me an email stating the report is correct. The service centre that Hisense uses Mikectrolight Appliances Services issued the report and insist that it’s wear and tear even though the technician that came through to repair the freezer said it was a fault with the compressor. Their appliances are obviously not good, if they say Wear & Tear when the appliance is still new. I had an old Bosch freezer for over 20 years and never had a day’s issue with it, only reason I bought this Hisense freezer was because of the new technology and energy saving. I would NOT recommend anyone purchasing any appliance from Hisense, they do not care about their customers or their reputation. Because of this report I am not able to process my insurance claim. Also why do they not reply openly on Hello Peter but do it privately, so consumers can see how bad their service actually is.
Brought a stand alone Hisense freezer in June 2024 from Makro Alberton, in March this year 2025 the freezer stopped working and I lost over R8000.00 in food everything defrosted and was rotten. Makro contracted Hisense and they sent a technician to do a report to see what the fault was, he said there was a hole in the compressor and would come back to repair which he did on 29 March. I needed a report for insurance so they could pay me out for the food lost, I've been calling the call centre since 30th March all I get are promises that the report will be sent, I've still not received any report from them and now I'm sitting out of pocket with the loss. Pathetic after sales service. I would not recommend Hisense if this is how they treat their customers. The last time I called was on 24th April and again was promised the report would be sent within 24 hours. This is an expensive appliance and should not break after less than a year.
