Disappointed customer
I made an online purchase for twinsaver toilet rolls. It was advertised 4 packs of 18 for R189, I purchased 3 quantities which amounted to R567. This purchased was on the 31st October 2025. On the 5th November makro had cancelled the order without an explanation and refunded the payment. This is quiet misleading when advertising online as consumers should pay for what was advertised regardless if there was a mistake made on yourl end.

Missed premium
Good day I have been informed by black Cygnet life that my September premium has not been collected . I am trying to reach out to them via email and telephone but no one responds. I received an automated reply that I would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours and this did not materialize. I am trying to get their banking details to make payment for September.
