Excellent Installation Service!
Exceptional Service & World‑Class Installation I recently had an in‑cupboard gas installation done by Stargas, and I am honestly blown away by the level of service, professionalism, and quality I received. From the very beginning, booking with Charne was an absolute pleasure. She was friendly, accommodating, and made it so easy to schedule my installation exactly when I needed it. It’s rare these days to get such warm and efficient customer service right from the first interaction. On installation day, the on‑site team (Henry) exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and took the time to explain the entire process to me — including where ventilation holes needed to be drilled and why. They made sure I understood every step before proceeding. Once the installation was complete, they didn’t just pack up and leave — they took me through every detail of the new setup, including: How the gas leak detector works How to safely operate the cut‑over valve when swapping bottles A full demonstration to confirm that I could switch the hob on and operate the system confidently The entire experience was seamless, professional, and incredibly reassuring.
