We need negative number to rate pep. Went to pep home at the grove mall! Bought x6 small glasses because there was a big red price on the shelve labelled as R14.99 on those glasses, underneath the glass it was a price of R19.00 got to the till and they said no it’s R19.00 and I asked why is there big red price on the shelve for R14.99 they mentioned it’s “from” I asked where is the “from”and they couldn’t answer even with the manager they just said “ke se pep” besides given the right or better explanation, I was caught up with attitude and rudeness both the person who worked at the till and the manager
To be honest they deserve no stars at all. lets start with their signature email "wow" there is a whole typo there! If you do not follow up they wont send any communication. sent a claim request and it was confirmed on the 20th of March, sent a follow up email only to be told that claim was only sent for approval today 2nd of April. These people don't deserve to be dealing with our trust funds if they are working like this. There are so many south African graduates who are desperately looking for jobs and can work with patience of customers and render customer service, than to be dealing with Lungile who hangs up phones for clients, Supervisors or team leader who knocks off early and leave Rebecca to work unsupervised, when you ask for management they tell you that " They have knocked off, please send an email or I will let them call you back " Absa needs to rethink or re-structure how they work especially with trust funds these are peoples monies they are dealing with, people have needs. Great reason to remove the trust with them

Sheet street the Grove mall, they incorrectly priced a mini table, wanted to buy it, the manager did not want me to buy the table with the price I saw, she said she called her bosses and they also said they can’t give me the table. No wonder there isn’t a lot of stores, it’s their customer service! Their service is -0
