Exceptional service wow!!!
I am so happy with Leroy Merlin Fourways branch. I purchased large frames online on the 11th and they delivered on the 13th. Literally two days later. I have never received such swift service from any company. My frames were well wrapped since they are fragile. Not even a single scratch or dent. You guys have gained a customer!!!! First time purchasing from you and I will now be a regular. Thank you

DISSATISFIED
Santam is the underwriter for my MTN device insurance. My phone went in for a repair a month ago and to date, I am still without a phone. Emailed your "claims administrator" Admyntec several multiple times but no resolution has been provided. Today I called the Santam complaints centre and to my surprise I was transferred to the very same claims administrator I am complaining about. This is appalling because I did the application with Santam but now a 3rd party that does not even seem to know what they are doing are in the mix.

DO NOT TAKE OUT THIS INSURANCE.
The worst!! My phone went in a for a repair over a month ago for a minor screen crack and to date I am without a phone. Their agents don't even seem to know how to resolve queries because each agent will tell you a different story. I even called the underwriter which is Santam and they transferred me to the very same people that could not help me, Admyntec. MTN/SANTAM/ADYMNTEC I am so fed up. I regret taking out this insurance. My first ever claim since I have joined almost 2 years ago and this is the service I receive....Appaling, to say the least.
