WARNING: Jaguar E-Pace nearly caught fire due to dealership negligence! Took my car to JRL Hillcrest in Dec 2024 for a minor fault. After weeks of silence, I approved a R35k fuel pump repair. Collected the car TWICE—first time it had engine issues, second time it almost went up in flames on the N3 due to a fuel leak caused by their mechanics. No accountability. They handed me a R350k repair bill for damage THEY caused. Thank God my insurance got a private assessor who confirmed it was their fault.
