Cancelled items AGAIN
I've been buying from Makro online for the past 2 years. There had not been ONE SINGLE MONTH where they haven't cancelled a handful of items because "apparently they're out of stock". If they're out of stock, Then update the programme so it shows it's out of stock so I can't put it in my cart!!!! Their prices are good but it costs you your sanity. Makro HR needs to have a THUROUGH look into the bloemfonteon branch because I don't think they're doing ANYTHING to run that place smoothly. Also, I would have waited a few more days easily if only they let me know that they're out of stock and would get them in stock again so I can get my complete order!!! Once our USave opens here in town, I'm DONE with this unprofessional, time-wasting nonsense excuse for a company💢💢

**** **** **** ****. Do not order from this website. It's *****ulent. Bought a solar panel. Never arrived and they don't awnser calls anymore or reply to my emails. Can't understand why it hasn't been taken down yet because the company that Google recommends calling isn't the same company. They've tried to get their number removed from any links to the company and Google has done nothing.

Quick, easy, professional. 10/10
What an amazing first impression. I received my product (EcoFlow River 2 Power station) in perfect condition. Even the box it came in was in peak condition. I talked to them on WhatsApp throughout the process. If I had any questions, I received a processional, Human response with actual emotions, unlike some companies that just use Bots or controlled awnsering machines. Oh and I received my parcel in 2 days. Ive never had something I order online receive in that short of a time period. I'll go to them first whenever I need some tech and appliences again 👌✨ thank you very much!
